Made in the Scottish Islands
A sterling silver bracelet with a luckenbooth heart and crown design. This design dates back to the 16th century and is named after the locked booths used by silversmiths and goldsmiths that used to sell wares outside St Giles Cathedral on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
Luckenbooths were given as a love token, and legends claim Mary Queen of Scots received one from Lord Darnley.
Also available in 9 carat gold.
